Bank Administrator  

Job Title: Bank Administrator 
Job Location: Park Lodge, Wolverhampton 
Pay: £13 Per Hour 

Job Purpose: 

As a Bank Administrator, you will play an important role in supporting the smooth running of the unit through a range of administrative tasks and reception duties. This role requires excellent organisational skills, a friendly and professional manner, and the ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service. 

Main Tasks: 

Provide general administrative support to the unit, including data entry. 
Cover reception duties as required, including greeting visitors, answering calls and handling enquiries. 
Maintain accurate records and update databases as needed. 
Assist with booking appointments and managing diaries. 
Handle confidential information in line with GDPR and safeguarding policies. 

Requirements: 

Previous experience in administration and/or reception work is desirable 
Strong IT and organisational skills 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
Ability to remain professional, calm and welcoming at all times 
Flexible approach to working hours, including the ability to cover shifts at short notice. Reception shift cover hours are 7.30am to 8pm and include weekends. 
Understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding when working in a healthcare setting. 
Note: 
The role will be start asap, subject to DBS Enhanced checks and references.
