Pay: Disclosed on Application - Full Time
Job Purpose:
To provide high quality administrative and secretarial support to the Responsible Clinician and Multi-disciplinary Team.
Responsibilities:
To provide secretarial support to the Responsible Clinician to include typing reports, letters and general administrative duties as required.
To provide administrative support, including room bookings, sending of agendas and minute taking for the MDT during ward rounds, CPAs, care reviews and other clinical meetings.
To make appointments and bookings as required.
To enter all necessary data in the Hospitals EPR system.
To maintain filing and administrative systems so that written or digital information is easily available and secure.
To communicate with many disciplines both internally and externally of the Hospital on behalf of the Responsible Clinician and the MDT.
To assist with the gathering of statistics and information as required.
To assist in covering reception during any periods of Annual Leave or sickness.
Any other general administrative duties that the Responsible Clinician or MDT require.
Professional/Experience:
Have at least two years experience in an administration / secretarial role.
Possess formal secretarial qualifications.
Essential:
Experience in a Hospital setting.
General:
The post-holder will have access to a wide range of confidential information relating to patients, staff and the company which must not be divulged to any unauthorised person in any circumstances.
Ensure that all hospital policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
